Printing: I print up to 18x12 inches myself to retain full control of the process. Larger prints are from my carefully chosen pro-lab. I usually select pearl or lustre paper for colour images and gloss for black and white, but if you have a preference, please add a note to the comments.
Colour: All photographic prints are described and printed as accurately as possible, however please remember different screens display colours differently. There can be differences between paper types too. But what you receive will match my intent as I photographed, processed and printed the image.
Variations: I have listed size options based on the image proportions – so not all sizes are listed for all images. If you have a particular frame you want to fill, message me to discuss your requirements and whether your chosen print will work at the size you want.
Shipping: Shipping costs are as noted in the check out process. They cover packing costs and mail charges for tracked and signed delivery. I can only deliver to the address you give me: please do double check. For larger prints (more than 18x12 inch) I usually post to you within 3-5 working days, and a little quicker for smaller prints that I can print in-house.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, or the photograph arrives damaged and you wish to return it, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Unless the purpose of return is due to my error or carriage damage, the buyer is responsible for the return postage and packaging, and must be sent with tracking or delivery confirmation. Once the item is delivered back safely I will issue you with a full refund for the purchase price.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are not returnable unless there are defects in the item(s). If you have a problem with a custom order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can do what I can to make it right for you.
